Prof.Ts.Ir.Dr.Kumaran Kadirgama is a research fellow of Centre for Research in Advanced Fluid & Processes and Advanced Nano Coolant Lubricant Laboratory (ANCoL) Automotive Engineering research group at Faculty of Mechanical & Automotive Engineering Technology, University Malaysia Pahang Al Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA). He is a Profesional Engineer registered under the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM); and a Charted Engineer (UK) under the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE). He further his study in Master and PhD in University Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN). His Master and Phd research is mainly on the Advanced Material, Green energy and artificial intelligent. Up to date, he has 19 years’ of experience in teaching and research activities in Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMPSA) and University Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN).He has also been appointed as Associated Researcher in Nelson Mandela University, South Africa, appointed as Visiting Professor in Chennai Institute Technology, India, Adjunt Professor in Vaal University of Technology. So far, he has already graduated almost 30 students in PhD and Master level. He also published almost 400 papers in Scopus and achieved H-index of 47. He also received almost 4.3 million research grant from various organisation from local and international level. He also selected as top 2% researcher in the world and life achievement by Stanford for 2021,2022,2023. He also awarded as Top Researcher Scientist Malaysia(TRSM) in 2023. Currently he got 5 patent under his name in field of cooling system. He has won a Gold medal in International Invention, Innovation & Technology Exhibition (ITEX), Seoul International Invention Fair, Korea (SIFF), and British Invention Show (BIS).
