A computer science specialist, he holds a PhD in computer science, in addition to a master's and bachelor's degree in the same specialization. He has extensive academic experience, having worked as head of computer science departments in several prestigious Iraqi universities, including Dijlah University College and Al-Mustafa University College. He also held the position of Director of the Coordination and Scientific Marketing Department in the Research and Development Department of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Dr. Al-Hakim is a member of the International Association for Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT), a member of the editorial boards of several scientific journals, and a member of the founding body of the Iraqi Programmers Syndicate. He has distinguished scientific contributions in the fields of information technology and cybersecurity, and has many research papers and articles published in local and international scientific journals and conferences.
